Mediheal Toner Pads are pre-soaked cotton or microfibre pads, each one delivering a measured dose of treatment essence in a convenient single-use format. Unlike pouring toner from a bottle (where you might use too much or unevenly), each pad delivers a consistent amount of actives. The pads are also dual-textured: one side embossed for gentle exfoliation, one smooth for soothing application — making them more effective than toner-and-cotton-pad alone. Use morning or evening depending on the variant, then follow with the rest of your routine.

Match the pad to your skin concern. Retinol Collagen Lifting Pad: anti-aging, fine lines, loss of firmness (PM only, 3–4x per week). Vitamide Brightening Pad: dullness, dark spots, uneven tone (AM or PM, daily). Watermide Moisture Pad: dehydration, dryness, post-flight skin (AM and PM, daily). TeaTree Trouble Pad: acne, breakouts, oily skin (PM, daily on breakout areas). Many users rotate 2–3 variants based on weekly needs and skin condition.

Introduce gradually: start by using one pad PM, 2–3 times per week, applied to clean dry skin. Build up to 4–5 times per week over a month. Always pair with daily SPF50+ in the morning since retinol increases UV sensitivity. Apply moisturiser after to buffer dryness. Pregnant or breastfeeding users should avoid retinol entirely — switch to the Mediheal Watermide or Vitamide pads instead. Don't use retinol pads on broken skin, active sunburn, or alongside other strong actives like AHA/BHA on the same evening.

The TeaTree Trouble Pad can be used on the whole face if you have acne-prone or oily skin overall — the formula is gentle enough for daily full-face use thanks to a tolerable salicylic acid concentration. For combination skin with breakouts only in certain areas (like the T-zone or chin), apply only to those zones to avoid drying out the rest of the face. The tea tree leaf water provides antibacterial action against P. acnes, while salicylic acid penetrates pores to clear sebum. Visible improvement in breakouts within 2–4 weeks of consistent use.
