Yes — absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced directly from Korea. We never sell counterfeit, imitation, or expired products.

UAE: 2–3 business days. Other Gulf countries: 5–7 business days. Egypt: 3–5 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment.

No. All customs and duties are on us — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No surprise fees on delivery.

Exchanges are available for UAE orders within 14 days, for unopened items in original condition. For Egypt and other Gulf countries, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind orders. Damaged or incorrect items are always covered — anywhere we deliver.
