For orders within the United Arab Emirates, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided that your item is:

  • Unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition
  • With all original packaging and tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start an exchange, please email us at info@kstyleseoul.com with your order number, and we will guide you through every step. Items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

For orders shipped to Egypt and Gulf countries other than the UAE, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Simply contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kstyleseoul.com, including a photo of the item, and we will make it right immediately, including the cost of return shipping.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Where exchanges are available (UAE), they apply only to unopened items under the conditions stated above.

Egypt Orders are shipped locally. Delivery times and any applicable local fees are displayed at checkout.
Gulf Countries (GCC): Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman Orders are delivered across the Gulf with all customs duties and import taxes fully covered by us — no extra fees on delivery.
