Fermented bean (typically soy bean fermentation) is mixsoon's signature ingredient — naturally rich in amino acids, vitamins, peptides and brightening compounds produced during the fermentation process. Topically applied, fermented bean extract delivers brightening, hydrating, and barrier-supporting benefits in a single multi-functional ingredient. The Bean line (Toner Pad, Cream Tube, Hydrogel Eye Patch, Sun Serum) all use this fermented hero ingredient at high concentrations, making the line particularly effective for dull, dehydrated and ageing skin needing both brightening and barrier care.

The Premium Bifida Serum uses bifida ferment lysate at a high concentration — derived from Bifidobacterium fermentation, this active has been clinically studied to support skin barrier recovery, reduce TEWL (trans-epidermal water loss), repair UV damage and accelerate cell turnover. The serum is essentially a 'skin probiotic' that supports the microbiome and resilience. Apply twice daily on clean toned skin before moisturiser. Particularly suitable for stressed, sensitive or environmentally-damaged skin needing recovery. Visible improvement in 4–6 weeks.

The Black Rice Peeling Ampoule is a gentle exfoliating treatment that combines black rice extract (antioxidant and brightening) with mild keratolytic actives to remove dead cells without harsh physical scrubbing. Apply 2–3 drops to clean dry skin in the evening, massage gently for 30 seconds, then leave on or rinse off (depending on instructions). The dead-cell residue may visibly roll off the skin (a 'peeling gel' effect). Use 1–2 times per week. Always pair with daily SPF50+ since exfoliation increases UV sensitivity. Don't use on broken or sunburned skin.

The Bean Toner Pad delivers fermented soy bean actives for hydration, brightening and overall skin renewal — best for everyday use on dull, dehydrated or ageing skin. The Bifida Toner Pad delivers bifida ferment for barrier support, anti-aging and post-damage recovery — best for stressed, sensitive or compromised skin needing extra repair. The Bean Sun Serum is a hybrid product — formulated as a lightweight serum-textured SPF rather than a traditional thick cream sunscreen. It delivers broad-spectrum UV protection (typically SPF50+ PA++++) alongside skincare actives from fermented bean. The serum texture absorbs quickly without sticky residue or white cast — making it ideal for daily wear under makeup or alone in humid UAE/GCC climates. Apply a generous 2-finger-length amount across the face as the final step of your AM routine. Reapply every 2 hours when outdoors.
